Charlie Cochet’s Men & Mischief Monthly Author Column and Giveaway… Out With the Old Year and In With the New

Charlie M & M

Hello, all! Thank you so much for joining me today at Sinfully for my monthly column.

FF_Divider_Pink

Hello, all! Thank you so much for joining me here today at Sinfully for my monthly author column. Sadly, this will be my last author column. I’ve had such a great time with these, but as 2017 comes to a close, and we look to a new year, my writing schedule and commitments for next year means having to cut back on a few things like my author columns and a few conferences. I had eight conferences this year, including one abroad, and although I had such an amazing time at all of them, it—along with all my other commitments—meant my writing schedule got a little crazy. So next year I’m cutting my conferences down to about four, and concentrating on getting my writing back on schedule.

2017 has been a year of ups and downs for everyone, and I’m looking forward to starting a brand-new year. This year I wrapped up the main THIRDS series, and although it’s not the end of our guys or their shenanigans, it’s time for new adventures. We’ll still get THIRDS books with some of the couples waiting to get their happy ever after, like Zach and Austen, Dom and West, Taylor and Angel, etc. Plus, we have our TIN series that will be starting end of 2018, early 2019.

In 2018 I’ll also be launching a brand new contemporary romantic suspense which I’m so excited about. I can’t wait to unleash these guys upon the world, and I hope you’ll love them as much as I do. I hope to reveal the cover to the first book in February, along with the series name, and more about this new adventure. I will share with you that I have six books planned at the moment, each book a different couple, but all connected. There’s going to be a whole lot more romance, plenty of action and adventure, some steaming hot sexy time, and of course humor.

Next year we also see the launch of the THIRDS into mass market paperbacks. It’s a very exciting time, and I can’t wait to the fellas out in bookstores! I’ll be sure to share more information on that as soon as I have it, but I believe we’re looking at a late spring roll out. So yes, 2018 is looking to be a very exciting year. I want to thank you all so much for joining me here every month for my column. You can still find me at all my usual social media spots, and stay tuned to my blog or subscribe to my newsletter to stay up to date on all the exciting news. I have a new author group for readers to chat about my books, receive exclusive excerpts, giveaways, and more!

What was your favorite moment of 2017? What are you looking forward to most in 2018?

With the wedding of Jack Frost and Rudy Rein Dear only three weeks away, everyone travels to Jack’s palace in Svalbard, Norway, where the happy couple will exchange vows beneath the northern lights. A long-ago tragedy has left Eirik fearing to ever love again. As the King of Frost, Eirik maintains his distance from everyone, especially the young Christmas elf who insists on intruding on Eirik’s solitude. But Dasher is determined to find a way to show the lonely king that his heart still beats and he shouldn’t fear allowing it to beat for another.

  1. Thanks so much for this column and wish you a happy new year. It already looks like it will be prolific one for you. In 2017, I'd have to say my fav moment was my one year wedding anniversary, we've been together 14 yrs, but we made this anniversary special. Sorry to get political, but for me that made 2017 so tough, so I'm hoping in 2018 we'll find some balance, culminating in the Nov elections. - Purple Reader,
