Synopsis

Can you be Fearless?
Rory Finn used to have a sinful reputation and a fetish for a certain kind of man–the straighter the better. But since the Mistletoe Meltdown, he’s turned over a new leaf…just in time for his two best friends to start breaking one of the few rules they had–with each other.
The past haunts him, but if he can find the courage to trust them with his heart, and his secrets, he can have the kind of love he’s always needed…from the two people he’s always craved.
Warning: This book has male/male/male nookie. (Gay for you, Pan for you, Bi for you, Try for you.) That’s right, three sexy guys, nerdy references, vampire love triangle obsessions and a game of X-rated trivia that everybody wins. I won’t bother listing all the things they do to each other. If you’ve read the warning to this point and you know the Finn Factor series at all? You can probably guess. *some sensitive elements-past trauma*

Lisa’s Review

4 “Mistletoe Meltdown” Stars!

Fearless is the seventh book in R. G. Alexander’s series entitled The Finn Factor. There is just something about this series that I find so wonderfully engrossing. Each book leaves a huge smile on my face, not to mention leaves me all hot and bothered. Ok, so maybe when I think about this, it simply may be the hotness factor of all the books that keeps me coming back. Yes, my inner perv is happy. This author writes fantastically sexy, humourous, endearing and all-around sweet romances that I am so excited to dive into every single time. This newest installment is a friends to lovers tale… three friends. Three times the sweaty heat!

This author often makes me laugh when it comes to her “warnings”. This book was no exception…..

Warning: This book has male/male/male nookie. (Gay for you, Pan for you, Bi for you, Try for you.) I love it! It definitely sets the tone of what you will read and is brilliant and hilarious.

After the “Mistletow Meltdown” incident occurs between Rory Finn and his straight best friend, David, things have not been the same between them. After all, it was no simple kiss between friends. This “incident” essentially changed the landscape of their friendship with their other best friend, Rig, thrown right in the messy mix. The three friends have become somewhat estranged and no matter what they say or do, there is an underlying tension. When Rory discovers that David and Rig shared a lust-filled encounter of their own, it leaves him reeling with unwanted feelings of jealousy and abandonment. However, being a part of the big Finn family also means copious amounts of meddling occurs. This is how Rory ends up housesitting for his cousin right along with his two besties. Now that all three of them have no choice but to hash things out and Rory discovers exactly what David and Rig want from him.

As all three men jump into the muddy waters of a physical relationship, I could not help but root for them. I loved the fact that the friendship they all shared lead to a level of trust none of them had every experienced in a romantic entanglement. There was this vulnerability that they only shared with each another and that was simply a beautiful thing. They discover just how amazing it can be when you completely let go and embrace the freedom in that. Both Rig and David challenged Rory and as more starts to develop between them Rory has to make the decision as to whether he can risk it all and jump in with both feet. He’s a complicated guy with a lot of suppressed issues stemming from his relationship with his father. Will Rory be brave enough to finally allow his two best friends completely into his heart and soul?

Ok, so this book is HOT at a level that could incinerate panties in a split second. If you are familiar with this author’s books and this series in particular, you will know that the heat level is scorching. I mean, the kind of sizzling sexy that will leave you seeking out ways to cope. Truly. This book definitely ups the ante if you can believe that. Holy shite and firecrackers Batman!

All in all, Fearless is an amazing addition to what I think is a pretty great series. This book is full of sexy deliciousness and we also get a tender-hearted romance between three besties. I am so looking forward to more in this series. I am all in!

“I love you and I will forever.”
