"The First Act has a charm about it. William is pushy, Bennet is ruthlessly calm, Richard is caught between the two. I found it an easy story to read and understand."

"Read a chapter of this story and you’ll be pinning your partner to the mattress or taking matters into your own hands. Yes, it’s that hot. Everyone has a journey in life, and it’s a case of having the balls to hit the road and who you take along with you.”

Synopsis

Dead women tell no tales.

Former cat burglar Rook Stevens stole many a priceless thing in the past, but he's never been accused of taking a life - until now. It was one thing to find a former associate inside Potter's Field, his pop culture memorabilia shop, but quite another to stumble across her dead body.

Detective Dante Montoya thought he'd never see Rook Stevens again - not after his former partner falsified evidence to entrap the jewelry thief and Stevens walked off scot-free. So when he tackled a fleeing murder suspect, Dante was shocked to discover the blood-covered man was none other than the thief he'd fought to put in prison and who still makes his blood sing.

Rook is determined to shake loose the murder charge against him, even if it means putting distance between him and the rugged Cuban-Mexican detective who brought him down. If one dead con artist wasn't bad enough, others soon follow, and as the bodies pile up around Rook's feet, he's forced to reach out to the last man he'd expect to believe in his innocence - and the only man who's ever gotten under Rook's skin.

Synopsis

Tempting Tristan is a stand-alone M/M romance featuring two sexy, hot alphas. One injured war hero, one who has loved and lost. Each struggling for a future not bound by his painful past.

In TEMPTING TRISTAN
Fresh off the heels of yet another bad relationship, Tristan Brewer is taking a break from men to try and figure out where he keeps going wrong. He knows his biggest fault--he leads with his heart, not his head--and that's never going to change. But after several introspective weeks, he's beginning to get a handle on things. That is, until badass heartthrob Alex Wells walks into his bar...
Alex has spent eight years in the Army, months in a hospital bed, and far too long hiding his sexual identity. He's guilt-ridden, damaged, pissed off, and up for a Silver Star--for the incident that nearly cost him his life, and kept him from his grandmother's funeral. But all he wants to do is forget his stint with the institution that allows but doesn't necessarily accept, and live the life he's always dreamed of.
The chemistry between Tristan and Alex ignites from the moment they meet, and the more time they spend together the hotter the flames become. But the closer Tristan gets, the more Alex's walls go up, and when the two walk onto a military base, Tristan finds out Alex's physical scars aren't the ones that run the deepest.

"I really enjoyed the story and it’s a sweet romance with a lot of nice touches. If you’re looking for an easy read, with some drama, a good story and a sweet romance, and are willing to forego deep emotional connection then this may very well be the book for you."

Shameless (The Finn Factor #6) by R.G. Alexander

shameless[3]Rating ~ 4.5 Stars

Buy on Amazon

Synopsis

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author R.G. Alexander.

Who knew he’d be so Shameless?

Seamus Finn is a bar owner, a single father of four and the center of the Finn family… And he hasn’t been with anyone since his twins were born. An all-expense paid trip to Ireland for a firsthand lesson in brewing beer turns into a different kind of holiday as Seamus rediscovers things about himself—and his sexuality—that don’t fit into the carefully controlled balancing act his life has become.
Giving in to a fling is one thing, but when risk-taking, over-the-top billionaire Bellamy Demir follows him home and meets the family things may get crazy…

But crazy might be just what Seamus needs.

Warning: Explicit m/m erotic romance full of awww, oooh, and oh my. Oh and some super-hot naked wrestling in a basement, a British television fetish, and maybe a little Billy Joel…is that weird? You may be right.

(This book is a stand-alone romance but in the same family as the rest of the Finn Factor. Read them all!)
(M/M, Gay Romance, Erotic Romance, Beauty and the Beast, Boxing, Turkish Wrestling, Gay For You)

Must Like Spinach by Con Riley

must like spinach[3]Rating ~ 4.5 Stars

Buy on Amazon

Synopsis

Jon’s future in New York seems bright. He’s on the corporate fast track as an executive problem solver, but somehow he can’t help feeling hollow. Yearning for a life spent outdoors makes no sense if he wants to flourish in this city, nor does losing his cool with clients when they make bad decisions. Only leaving the East Coast behind for three months can save his business reputation.

His exile in Seattle has unexpected upsides. Jon’s rented home has a garden where his true passions blossom. It’s overgrown yet idyllic—perfect if he didn’t have to share it with another tenant. Tyler might be as cute as hell, and their landlady adores him, but Jon can’t let himself fall for someone who seems lazy.

Three months could be enough time to see Tyler clearly, but choosing which to nurture long-term—love or a business career—might take Jon longer than one summer.
