Synopsis

Enthusiastic, play-it-safe Kelly Sutton is an American intern at the Photonic Royal Society in New London. He’s been working on Project Mars for over a year, a mission kept so secret by the Society even Kelly doesn’t know exactly what it is. What Kelly does know is his contribution to the task will benefit mankind, and that’s enough for him.

Kelly’s world turns upside down when concerns over his mentor’s behavior lead Kelly to investigate and stumble upon a wicked truth. What is supposed to be a project to advance human life turns out to be an endeavor capable of mass destruction. The terrifying reality forces Kelly to choose between looking the other way to keep his job, as he’s always done, or risking his career and even his life to do the right thing by saving the man who’s captured his heart.

  10. I'm not really a connoisseur in Sci-Fi, but I did enjoy Stargate (the movie) a lot. Probably because of all the egyptian myths and alternative universes... That makes me think I also liked to watch the first seasons of Sliders (TV show).
Thanks for the giveaway and congrats on the upcoming release of Love in Retrograde. The cover is really nice!

  13. It's so hard to choose, but I loved Space:Above and Beyond and Babylon 5 but I have watched it all, Blakes 7, Star Trek, Red Dwarf, Stargate but not Universe which was just, ugh, just wrong. firefly died too soon, as did The Dresden Files. Seriously, I am a giant nerd, there won't be anything in the genre that I haven't watched and fan girled over.

  26. My favorite sci-fi series is the Darkover series by Marion Zimmer Bradley. I have the complete series in pb format, and love the fact that it gives us the complete history of the Darkovan/Terran relationship. From the crash of the first Terran spaceship on Darkover, through the political intrigue between the Terran culture and the indigenous population of psychics, I was addicted. The fact that MZB was ahead of her time and included m/m, f/f, and polyamory in her character's relationships was an added bonus.
