Finding Mr. Right can be a snow lot of fun.
Minnesota Christmas, Book 3
Paul Jansen was the only one of his friends who wanted a relationship. Naturally, he’s the last single man standing. No gay man within a fifty-mile radius wants more than casual sex.
No one, that is, except too-young, too-twinky Kyle Parks, who sends him suggestive texts and leaves X-rated snow sculptures on his front porch.
Kyle is tired of being the town’s resident Peter Pan. He’s twenty-five, not ten, and despite his effeminate appearance, he’s nothing but the boss in bed. He’s loved Paul since forever, and this Christmas, since they’re both working on the Winter Wonderland festival, he might finally get his chance for a holiday romance.
But Paul comes with baggage. His ultra-conservative family wants him paired up with a woman, not a man with Logan’s rainbow connection. When their anti-LGBT crusade spills beyond managing Paul’s love life and threatens the holiday festival, Kyle and Paul must fight for everyone’s happily ever after, including their own.
Warning: Contains erotic snow art, toppy twinks, and super-sweet holiday moments. Best savored with a mug of hot chocolate with a dash of spice.

Winter Wonderland is the third book in Heidi Cullinan’s Minnesota Christmas series. While this book can be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend reading the first two books in the series as the overall story arc featured in the three books centers around three sexy bears who all find their happy forever during the holiday season. Right from the very first book in this series I fell in love with the quirky town of Logan this author created and the lovable and eccentric habitants that seem to be the norm there. All three books are fantastically hilarious and witty tales, swoony romances and hot and sexy times that leave you all hot and bothered. This book is another heart-warming gem about learning to open up and letting that someone special in, becoming vulnerable and learning to trust in love even when it happens with the last person you expect.
Kyle. Little Kyle. Offering to lick his….
Paul Jansen is lonely. His two best friends have found their life partners and are living in relationship bliss. While Paul is happy for them, he certainly can admit to a little bit of jealousy on his part. He believes there isn’t a man in the general area of Logan for him, at least no one beyond the casual hook up. He’s almost resigned himself to a life of singledom until he starts finding X-rated snow sculptures on his front porch. And, when he discovers the artist is none other than Kyle Parks, Paul is taken aback. After all, Kyle is way too young for him, and way too much of a twink. Right???? You see, Paul is a bottom and two bottoms a relationship does not make! When Kyle takes a chance and shows Paul he is toppy twink, he not only leaves Paul all hot and bothered but he also makes the flustered bear realize that perhaps Kyle is not the effeminate Peter Pan that everyone believes him to be. However, will Kyle be the one to guide Paul through all his relationship hang-ups? Further, when Paul’s conservative family starts to make trouble for Paul and Logan’s Winter Wonderland festival, something both Paul and Kyle are working together on, will Paul step back and retreat into himself?
Because for the first time ever, he didn’t just want a boyfriend to date and take to gatherings with the rest of the guys or dream about buying a house with. He wanted Kyle.
“I like being with you, Paul Jansen.”
Paul bent to kiss Kyle’s lips tenderly. “Me too.”
Paul certainly had a lot of baggage to contend with, most of which came from the fact that his family is made up of a bunch of bigoted ass-hats! Paul’s insecurities just made me want to wrap him up in a big ole hug. Seriously. Gah! He simply melted my heart as he came to terms with his feelings for Kyle and finally accepted that he did deserve Kyle and his own happily ever after with a white knight. Those moments of vulnerability between Paul and Kyle played havoc on my romantic heart. I wanted so desperately for our two protagonists to get their holiday-made happy forever. Such a beautiful romance that had my heart fluttering.
All in all, Winter Wonderland turned out to be my favorite book in the series. This is a wonderfully executed holiday romance by Ms. Cullinan. It’s is not bogged down with unnecessary over-the-top angst and drama. What you get is a sweet, fun and light-hearted love story that will leave you happily sighing and clutching your heart. My only complaint is that I wanted more. LOL! I guess that’s just me being selfish! ;)
“You are my white knight, Kyle. My beautiful, swishy, fierce, toppy, tenderhearted white knight.”
