Synopsis

Bad happens to drive past the dorms at the exact moment Red’s walking home with some friends. He picks the kid up spontaneously, amused by his mood, and offers a distraction. Bad’s a little shocked to realize that seeing Red on his knees in moonlight makes him want to do a little more than grab his hair and order him around.
Series Description:
Big Bad Charles Campion just wants to have a few minutes of fun with the little twink he usually only ogles over closed-circuit video. A single hour to take what he wants, that’s it. One time only.
College junior Red Redman wants something real, but he’s willing to settle for hot, kinky sex with a guy who can bring him to his knees with a word. He swears he’s not in too deep, but every new thing Bad does just makes the not-realness of this thing hurt more.
Little Red and the Big Bad is a serialized erotic romance, told in twelve installments of 3000-6000 words. A new episode will be available each Thursday, and the box set will be out in January. The Orange Grove is 5300 words long.

Macky’s Review

So what's going on in this weeks XXX-citing episode?!? Well obviously if Bad and Red are involved it's probably going to be something really naughty and downright filthy! But as I said in the last review, things do seem to be changing for Officer Campion and his mail room twink.

It's actually Bad's POV again this episode, so we're back in his psyche; looking through his eyes and getting his take on what's happening between him and Red, and methinks the Big Bad is definitely a wee bit conflicted about where this relationship is going. This weeks Sinfully Smutmonster buddy read left us questioning— again—why this big, gruff, Dom is fighting his feelings for his young porn loving protégée, who's only worries about what they're doing is based mainly on the fact that if they're caught, his future at college could be put in jeapordy; which is understandable considering the fact that Bad does love to take chances in their exhibitionist sex sessions.

Once again it starts with Bad trying to convince himself that all he wants from this relationship is no strings attached sex. The only recent contact they've had has been playing the camera three game, nothing hands on physically, as there's no doubt Bad is still a touch spooked by how their last get together went down.

'He had to pull back. That fucking scene in the goddam garbage pit had been too much. Red kneeling. Kissing his hands—shit. He didn't want the kid to get the wrong idea. He sure as hell didn't want the kid to get the right idea.'

Hmmm! A case of “the man doth protest to much” we think…

But they can't stay away from each other for too long. After leaving work one night Bad spots Red with his college mates coming away from Spark Plug, the local club. He picks him up and the next thing you know the two of them are in the orange grove doing what they do best.

Red gets a whuppin' and Bad gets to kiss better the very tender body part of Red he whupped...With tongue no less!! And yes, jizz is once again copiously and generously shared!

This is a hot little interlude but it's still a transition stage episode in terms of where the relationship stands. Red is an open book, we know exactly what he wants but Bad is a different kettle of fish. Trying to figure him out isn't easy at all so we are dying to find out why Bad feels he has to hold back around Red. The hints are there but he's still a bit of an enigma; so as enjoyable as this instalment was, we did come away feeling a little flat, because it hadn't moved on quite as much as we were expecting. Not that it's a bad thing, because it's just made us even more excited about the upcoming episode which we can't wait to get our smutty hands on.

As I say each week...

WHAT'S NEXT?!?

Little Red and the Big Bad: Serial

LRBB-boxARE

Big Bad Charles Campion just wants to have a few minutes of fun with the little twink he usually only ogles over closed-circuit video. A single hour to take what he wants, that’s it. One time only.

Little Red and the Big Bad is a serialized story, told in twelve installments. A new episode will be available each Thursday from October 26, 2014 until January 8, 2015, only on Amazon. The episodes vary in length from 3000 words to 6000 words, and for the budget-conscious who don’t mind missing out on the serial experience, the box set will be out in mid-January! (The box set will be available at all vendors.)

This is an experiment, and it’s been a lot of fun to write serial stories, so I’m open to doing it again if folks enjoy the experience.

  1. Hi! I'm really not a fan of serials. The installments are too short and I generally feels the cliffanger endings you often get each book are artificial, too many angst for my taste maybe... I do like series when each book can be read as a whole, each with its ending, even if there is a recurring tread from book to book. And I prefer to start a series when it's complete, or at least if I know how many books to look forward to.

  3. I do not enjoy serials, I rather wait to have the full series so that I do not have to wait for the next instalment... My main problem is that I hate cliffhangers...

  4. I love reading serials. The anticipation of what's to come is one of the joys of reading.

  5. I don't read many short stories, even less serials. I have no patience to read them. I rather wait until the bundle is released.

  6. Serials have burned me before, but if I'm fairly sure I know where it's going, one might be fun...

  7. I enjoy both and if I end up really like the serial, I usually buy it as a whole once it's released that way as well cuz I'm sorta OCD like that or something lol.

  8. I like to wait til the series is done to start reading **if I can**, which is not always possible ;)

  9. I like to wait for a series to complete to read it. If it's a long series I might reconsider though.

  10. If I can, I like to buy the entire series and read it at once, but sometimes cannot wait for that.

  11. Generally, I prefer to wait until the whole thing comes out. Then I can binge-read. :)
