Synopsis

Dylan Carter has always played second fiddle to his perfect older brother, but now that brother is implicated in a terrible crime, and Dylan's family is imploding. Dylan can’t hide anymore. Knowing he’s falling apart, he searches for something or someone to hold him together—and lands in a BDSM bar called the Stonewall.
Dylan doesn’t understand Miss Dolphinia, the hard-drinking queen who seems determined to play matchmaker. But more confusing is the way the powerful men in leather make him feel. In her wisdom, Miss Dolphinia sends Dylan off to a back room for his introduction to the world of erotic spankings and bondage.
Dylan’s teacher—for want of a better word—is the very dominant Vin Hauser. Vin likes to play hard, but he’s honest with himself—he knows all those men want is a strong hand, not a long-term relationship. Yet Vin can’t help but hope Dylan might be different.
With controversy over his brother’s sins stirring up danger around him, Dylan needs Vin’s support more than ever. But until he and Vin learn to trust each other, Dylan will have to face his fear and the growing threats alone.
Trigger warning: off-page violent hetero rape.

Monique’s Quick Bite

This book is FABULOUS and I LOVED it! Full of emotion, dark in places disturbing in others and peppered with humour and lines that had me laughing… and not forgetting the sizzling tantalisingly, deliciously tortuous sex!!! The plot is riveting, not for one moment was I skipping or did I become bored. The writing was amazing and the characters were brought to life by the written word… So. Very. Clever.  Their voices were clear and every nuance and idiosyncrasy played perfectly in my mind, they were totally three dimensional and like a sponge I soaked up every word, each one of them pulling on all my heart strings.

Ms Gala, paints a vivid picture for every scene, delves deep into each character and tells a tale that will keep you enthralled and captivated from beginning to end… EXCELLENT!

Synopsis

Levi Binder is a Miami bartender who cares about only two things: sex and surfing. Ostracized by his Mormon family for his homosexuality, Levi is determined to live his life his own way, but everything changes when he meets massage therapist Jaime Marshall.
Jaime is used to being alone. Haunted by the horrors of his past, his only friend is his faithful dog, Dolly. He has no idea how to handle somebody as gorgeous and vibrant as Levi.
Complete opposites on the surface, Levi and Jaime both long for something that they can only find together. Through love and the therapeutic power of touch, they’ll find a way to heal each other, and they’ll learn to live as sinners in a family of saints.

Mark’s Quick Bite

A truly beautiful and extremely stirring story. Sensitively written with a depth of emotion, character and understanding that is guaranteed to pull at the heart strings. Loved this book. I cried rivers at the end, left me emotionally drained in a positive way. Levi and Jamie are complete opposites. Levi still coping with his issues over his zealous and religious Mormon family especially his father, Jamie has had an abusive past and finds it difficult to relate to people. These guys face and tackle a myriad of problems, but in each other find the strength to cope with anything. It was my first book from Marie Sexton and since then this author for me is an instant buy. Comes highly recommended!

Synopsis

This book is related to The Sweetest Tattoo but can be read as a stand alone title.
Greyson Cole needs to get out of Raleigh. Everywhere he turns, he sees people falling in love, getting married, and starting families. It’s enough to make a grown man want to rip out his own hair. And for a cynic like Grey, one more employee getting engaged signals the need for a long overdue vacation. Grey owns a cabin in the mountains that he has never even used, and he figures that’s just the ticket out of this nightmare of happily paired up couples.
Grey doesn’t expect to be greeted by a belligerent, half-naked man the minute he opens his cabin door.
Sirus Wilder has known Grey’s twin sister for years, and she has given him permission to stay in the cabin while his residence across the lake is under repair. Sirus has never met Greyson Cole before, but he is thankful when the man lets him share the cabin for a few days. There is plenty enough room for them each to keep to themselves. Sirus has had his heart broken and isn’t interested in a hook-up, let alone something more.
Even so, Grey is, hands-down, one of the sexiest men Sirus has ever seen. Too bad he’s an arrogant ass and his eyes are so damn cold. Every once in a while, though, Sirus thinks he sees a hint of fiery passion in the controlled man sleeping one room away.
For Grey, one look at the roughly handsome Sirus puts Grey’s celibacy pact in serious jeopardy. One problem: Grey doesn’t believe in love, has even less patience for relationships, and he refuses to get mixed up in another messy romantic partnership that can only end badly.
Two weeks. Two hard men. Both running like hell from love.
Look out. Something’s gotta give.

Macky’s Quick Bite

Two sexy alpha males confined together in a fairly secluded cabin. One (Grey) a cynical, arrogant SOB, who doesn't believe in love, and one (Sirus) a " suffers no fools gladly" type of guy, hurting from a bad relationship. Neither is expecting the other, so on first meeting there's  definitely no love lost between them but in true hate to love style there's plenty of sexually charged dancing around each other, lust filled attraction, heated glances and sexual tension so thick you can almost touch it! Grey and Sirus do nothing short of sizzle in this sensual book so I'll give you one guess why it got 5 stars! Oh my, this one oozed sex but at the same time it still had me stuck to my kindle until these two stubborn men realised it was time to stop running away from love, and give in to the feelings happening between them. It might have been done before but if you want an enjoyable, satisfyingly hot romantic read, then Cameron Dane delivers it in spades with this story. One word...YUM!

Synopsis

Liam McGuire has the perfect life--his job is a nightmare, his apartment was swank back in the eighties, and he has a secret so painful it could destroy him. What can top that? Meeting his son's new boyfriend, that's what.
For former porn star Liam McGuire, life is pretty tame, except that his twenty-one year old son is now dating the love of Liam’s life. At the ripe old age of thirty-eight, Liam’s entire world is collapsing around him, his past catching up with him, his secrets and his lies are coming back to bite him. All because Kel had to go and fall in love with Seth.
Warning: Pseudo-incestuous themes. MMM sexual situations. May not be suitable for sensitive readers.

Tina’s Quick Bite

Beyond Complicated is one of my 5 stars ménage reads and I loved everything about it: The main characters, the gripping writing style, the twists, the turns, the heartbreak, the angst, the sex, and the drama - plenty of drama. I was glued on my seat and I just couldn't put the book down.

Watching Liam, Kel and Seth find their way through a minefield of desire and relationship tangles is like a roller coaster ride that never slows down. And the sex... the sex is smoking hot. Talking about sex, it's hot, dirty, kinky, sexy man love, a kind of sex that not everyone is comfortable with, but if you are, it will bring you to your knees. Some things (the so-called incest) are not what they seem, but I'm sure it will evoke a varied and strong response from readers on the characters motives and feelings which just increases the quality of the writing. Overall a top-notch read!
