Tina’s Quick Bite
Brendan Burke opens his law practice in Providence and meets Marcello, a sexy and mysterious stranger working at a restaurant. He can’t fight the attraction to him but discovers soon that Marcello isn’t the man Brendan thought he was. What happens next turns out to be the beginning of a dangerous, deadly game…
Criminal Pleasures is definitely a winner and not the last Darien Cox book I’ll read. It's heart warming, brain melting, fast paced, and sexy as hell. The chemistry between Brendan and Marc just drips off the pages. The guys are wonderful together, from the the beginning to the end.
The book is a well written read and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who likes a hot romance wrapped up in an entertaining mystery plot.

Owen may be a bit of a country mouse, but he's loving his vacation in London. After a long day playing tourist, he's on the hunt for some cheap beer and a good burger. Instead he finds a man hunting him, an arrogant prick with only one thing on the brain: the kind of meat that doesn't come on a bun.
Eighty-hour weeks at a trading desk don't leave Malcolm Kavanagh much time for meaningful relationships. Besides, in his world, everything's a competition-even sex. When his newest one-night-sub fails to show, Malcolm sets his sights on the pretty young Yank on the bar stool beside him.
Owen's all for an adventure with a native, but he's not the pushover Malcolm thinks he is, and Malcolm's not as shallow as he tries to be. They both soon learn that nothing's too intimate to share with a stranger, and the strangest things happen when two people share the most important pieces of their hearts.
Mark’s Quick Bite
Well, this book started with the fastest hook up I have ever read or experienced. However, I loved the power games being played between these two, always a tug-war who was going to get the upper-hand. Malcolm not turning out to be as bossy or dominant as he liked to pretend and Owen not being submissive by any means. It was great to see how their relationship developed and to see the barriers come crashing down around Malcolm's so cold and unfeeling exterior.
I loved the final scene where they both had to admit they had fallen for each other head over heels, but not once did it get too finger-in-throat schmaltzy with them dribbling their ever undying love for each other - a nicely written ending.

One morning Padrig Kennedy comes home to find his partner, Nick Glenfielding, in bed with another man. Shocked, hurt, and vulnerable, Padrig flees and meets a stranger who seems to offer comfort—but he force-feeds Padrig a steady diet of drugs and prostitution instead. When he finally surfaces from his hell, it’s to another system shock: he’s now HIV positive.
Nick descends into darkness as well. Devastated by losing Padrig, he finds no consolation in the legal career he doesn’t love and tries to find solace in alcohol, spending his days in an ever-deepening haze.
Padrig and Nick find each other again, but their relationship can never be the same. If they’re to stand any chance of a future together, they must do the improbable: make sense of the past and learn to cope with new burdens they’ll bear for life.
A Bittersweet Dreams title: It's an unfortunate truth: love doesn't always conquer all. Regardless of its strength, sometimes fate intervenes, tragedy strikes, or forces conspire against it. These stories of romance do not offer a traditional happy ending, but the strong and enduring love will still touch your heart and maybe move you to tears.
Monique’s Quick Bite
This is Padrig’s story and right from the beginning in the forward he warns us it is not a pleasant one… there was not an emotion I did not experience on his behalf, hope - fear, happy - sad, lost - found, fear - safety, love - heartbreak and so many more in between. The beginning and the end were hard to read for different reasons, but none of it was sensationalised for effect. Padrig was remarkably calm in his telling, which somehow made my heart… break, bleed and shatter more.
Jessica Skye Davies through her words created a character that made me feel proud and privileged to have shared his journey. I loved Padrig’s voice, he is a survivor and an optimist, full of strength and courage, considering himself blessed to have been loved… genuinely loved by friends. Personally I would have been pissed off at the injustice of what life had thrown at him, but he is a fighter and his outlook would put many of us to shame. Was this tale believable? yes, most definitely… to me it felt very real, I felt as though I was reading a diary, someone's most private thoughts and feelings, yet it was something he wanted to share, not only for his own healing, but for others to see that out of darkness there is always light.

Ever wondered what it must be like to be part of a ménage à trois, a gay ménage à trois? Then wonder no more, because that’s just what my book is all about. It contains snippets, snatches and stories about everyday life with my Daddies, Dick and Shane. I love them both dearly, despite their overbearing ways, or perhaps even because of them. The book takes its starting point and content from the personal web diary I began to write in September 2006, when boredom lay heavy upon me and I was alone on account of my boyfriends being away together on holiday. If you think this houseboy’s life might interest you, then welcome, step over the threshold, but wipe your feet first, as I’ve just polished the parquet. Warning: Adult Content.
Compiled from Gillibran Brown’s personal diaries this book will entertain and delight you.
Funny, insightful, and sexy.
Macky’s Quick Bite
This is book one of one of my most favourite series ever, starring one of the most memorable characters in m/m I've ever come across since I began reading the genre. The question is, is Gillibran Brown a real houseboy sharing his everyday adventures 'diary style,' battling constantly with his two daddies Dick and Shane or is he just the brilliant product of someone's very clever imagination? All I can say is that real or not this particular houseboy took me on one of the most emotional book journeys I've ever had! A journey that pulled out every emotional response possible! You pick one, I felt it at some part of the story!
Gilli is bratty, stubborn, childish and petulant but he's also loveable, adorable, charismatic, funny, sweet and your heartstrings will be pulled to the point where he'll have you literally peeing yourself laughing one minute but bawling your eyes out the next. I adore him. As for his daddies, well you've got to read it yourself to decide where you stand on the Dick and Shane debate... Grrr, don't get me going on Shane!!!....but I swear you'll end up falling head over heels in love with this naughty, much spanked minx and his story, as he pours his heart out through a series of hilarious misadventures, super witty inner dialogues, funny fuck jokes and, at times, poignant situations and contemplations. Do I think he's real? The jury's out on that, but I know one thing....I REALLY want him to be! Lie detector says...Hmmmmm?
